The Beaufort Jasper Water & Sewer Authority hereby requests your consideration in submitting a bid to perform the following scope of construction services in accordance with the conditions as set forth below. The intent of this project is to excavate the alum drying beds located at our Purrysburg Water Treatment Plant: Dredge the solids and de-water the solids from the alum pond. The dewatered solids shall be transported to a landfill of the contractor’s choice.
