It is the intent of the State Fiscal Accountability Authority (SFAA), Division of Procurement Services to solicit offers from qualified vendors and establish a contract to provide a single source for marketing and enrollment services to support the College of Charleston’s Undergraduate and Graduate Offices of Admissions recruitment efforts directed international students and to increase enrollment of these populations.
