Georgetown County, SC is seeking proposals from qualified development firms to provide professional services to support the revitalization of the proposed development location.  The County anticipates the firm chosen will be an experienced development team of architects, engineers, land planners, and contractors that will direct the planning, redevelopment, design, construction, marketing, and management of a sustainable affordable and workforce housing neighborhood.
