SC Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) offers this Request for Grant Applications (RFGA) for the funds administered by DHEC for the State of South Carolina (SC) from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (US DHHS), Administration on Children, Youth and Families (ACYF).
