Clemson is seeking proposals for a construction management software application; this is for the software only and does not include any implementation services. Your proposal and any deliverable must follow the Scope of Work which is only available in Clemson's online bidding system, link below. Please review the Scope thoroughly to ensure that your proposal contains everything required in the Scope.
There will be a mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting for this RFP on October 31, 2024, at 10 AM Clemson time, any bidder wishing to submit a proposal in response to this RFP MUST attend, failure to attend will result in the loss of the ability to bid on this RFP. Please contact Kevin Finan at kfinan@clemson.edu no later than 2 days prior to the meeting to indicate your intention to attend, you will then receive a meeting invitation for the meeting.
