City of  Charleston is requesting qualifications for design professional services from firms familiar with insulated precast construction and experience with CMAR process. Services may include planning, architectural, structural, civil, M/P/E engineering, landscaping, pool design & cost estimating for the construction of a new Recreation Center at Johns Island Park and a new Indoor Pool in West Ashley including full permit and construction.
