To supply and install 1-20-Ton A/C/ System at the Palmetto Theater, 109 Lee Avenue, Hampton, SC 29924. This includes line set flush with filter dryers, new thermostat wiring to outdoor unit in conduit, sealing copper line set in conduit for protection, duct work plenums for return and supply. Contractor must dispose of old equipment and freon to EPA Standards. Contractor must have a licensed electrician to run and connect new wiring for both units.
