The County of Pickens is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified organizations to provide professional consulting services for Disaster Recovery and FEMA Public Assistance in accordance with the specifications and conditions contained in the proposal. It is the intent to enter into a pre-event contract, which would result in no immediate cost to the County of Pickens, SC. The contractor shall provide all materials and services necessary in the performance of this proposal.
