This project aims to improve the efficiency, safety, and aesthetics of the elevator located at Myrtle Park, 4819 Bluffton Parkway, Bluffton, SC 29910. This ensures compliance with current codes and standards. The existing elevator system is experiencing increased downtime, reduced performance, and is not compliant with the latest safety regulations. Modernizing the elevator will enhance service reliability and passenger safety while reducing maintenance costs.
