BCD Council of Governments will accept proposals from contractors to provide information technology services (in-house and remotely maintaining, monitoring, supporting) including telecommunication services/support for BCDCOG and entities within the Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester counties. Other entities include TriCounty Link, SC Works Trident, and Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA).
