SC 46 Near Term Improvements to increase safety and capacity of the existing roundabout. Improvements include the removal and alteration of existing concrete medians on the eastbound approach leg, asphalt replacement and patching, removal and replacement of pavement markings, and all traffic control required. Project shall be constructed per SCDOT standards and specifications and per all provisions of the encroachment permit.
