Qualified, interested firms or persons experienced in large scale public tree inventory data collection are invited and encouraged to submit competitive proposals, including statements of interest, qualifications, and experience to the Town of Mount Pleasant's (Town) Procurement Division to provide a street and public property tree inventory and a web-based tree inventory data management software system.
