Realignment of approx. 0.38 miles of a new Univ. Blvd. from Hwy 544 to Chanticleer Dr. West, running south of the new Indoor Practice Facility. Includes approx. 200' deceleration lane with 180' taper on Hwy 544 along with extending the box culvert and replace headwall and wingwalls at creek that runs under Hwy 544. New traffic lights shall be included along with removal of existing entrance to the current Univ. Blvd off of Hwy 544.
