Lander University is soliciting bids for Hurricane Debris Removal and Disposal as specified herein. This project is subject to the requirements and regulations of the South Carolina Emergency Management Division (SCEMD), the SC Department of Environmental Services (DES), and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and all applicable US Law. All requirements noted herein must be followed for satisfactory completion of the project work, otherwise work may not be compensated.
