The Town of Ravenel is seeking sealed proposals for installing new floors in the Ravenel Community Hall. The Community Hall is located at 5700 Conners Street. Subcontractors permitted. The Hall is approximately 3,060 square feet. Any creaks in the existing floors should be repaired using screws prior to installation of the new floor. The new product specs should be manufactured by KARDEAN, and it should be Corelok style.
