Construction of the Phase I Saratoga Springs Greenway Project includes +/- 1,200-LF of Asphalt Walking Trail in the Town of Williamston. Contractors shall have SC Contractor License Classification of Asphalt Paving or Grading Group 2 or Higher. This project is being funded in whole/part by the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC). All federal ARC Requirements apply to the contract. All contractors are required to be registered in the Federal System for Award Management (SAM).
