Base Bid work includes removal of the existing roofing, exterior walls and building
expansion joints as needed to complete repairs and renovations. Complete all exterior wall repairs/renovations (repointing, thru-wall flashings and sealant replacement & wet sealing, 10 feet above roof surface) per drawings & IAW the specifications.
Alternate #1 work includes complete removal replacement of the low-sloped
roof in lieu of the repairs indicated in the Base Bid.
