The County of Greenville is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide commissary services for individuals incarcerated at the Detention Center. The vendor would provide both labor and materials. The performance of these services would require the vendor to be responsible for the operation of the inmate commissary and establish proper operational procedures that ensure efficient, effective and accountable operations of the commissary service.
