Description of Project/Professional Services:
USC is seeking architectural and engineering services for the replacement of the HVAC system (fan coils, air handlers and piping) at Currell College (21,470 GSF) as well as provide various architectural improvements such as restroom upgrades and new ceilings throughout. The project will also include new lighting, replacement of underground steam and chilled water piping to the nearest manhole, bathroom upgrades, adding a sprinkler/fire system.
