This project is to upgrade the existing gate houses at the Department of Juvenile Justice’s three evaluation centers, Coastal, Upstate, and the Midlands Evaluation Center by either enlarging or replacing them based on architect's recommendation of current conditions and cost. This project will also involve suppling water and sewer to add a bathroom to the upgraded building.
