Description of Project/Services:
Base bid work includes complete removal of the 5th fl decorative band to the structural tie-in connection. All new framing, sheathing, stucco, sealants, and their attachment to the main structure. Contractor shall base bid on modifying/replacing 10% of the structural tie-in connection and interior demo and replacement and provide a unit price for an add/deduct quantity. Also included is brick masonry as indicated on structural and arch drawings.
