The project includes earthwork, grading, aggregate base, asphalt surface course and drainage appurtenances to improve three existing unpaved roads approximately 1.5 miles in length. The project is comprised of Durango Lane, Dakota Circle, and Angler Lane. If utilities are present along roads, it is the contractors responsibilty to coordinate with the utility provider for making the necessary adjustments. All road work is to be performed within the existing Right-of-Way of the road.
