The Town of James Island, as contracting representative with the ReThink Folly Rd. Steering Committee, is seeking a third party consultant to implement components of the ReThink Follly Road Plan, a Complete Streets Study. The particpating jurisdictions are the Town of James Island, the City of Charleston, Charleston County, and the City of Folly Beach.
