Streetscapeimprovements along College Ave from Addison Street to, and including, North Clemson Ave, new hardscape around the new Clemson Information Building, and restriping of Sloan Street to reverse the direction in conjunction with restriping College Ave in front of the Sloan Street and College Ave intersection. Improvements will consist of new parking areas, associated sidewalks, crosswalks, landscaping and all other associated activities as detailed in the construction plans.
