The Charleston County Public Library is replacing its parking control system.  We need to have real time access controls, information, centralized accounting, and data tracking with secured system access through the Library’s network, the County/Library is seeking a self-pay system which can maximize throughput in the exit lanes in order to improve the customer experience. The use of media cards to enter and exit the garage must also be included.
