All work to be performed in accordance with A100 Floor Plan Drawing, and G100 Specifications Revision 1. Renovations shall be coordinated with Charleston County Facilities Department. The Facilities Department shall provide new 2x2 Lighting Fixtures. Contractor shall provide all other materials and labor. Remove all cabinets and cupboards and replace with new ones. Remove counter tops and sink and replace with new ones.
