The Town of Lyman, South Carolina is seeking proposals from qualified HVAC contractors for the removal and replacement of three (3) existing mini-split HVAC units currently serving the upstairs Police Department offices located within the Town Hall building at 81 Groce Road, Lyman, SC 29365. These units are approximately 25 years old and no longer meet the functional and efficiency needs of the facility. The replacement equipment should NOT be mini-split units.
