Central Midlands Council of Governments in coordination and cooperation with its member jurisdictions, The Comet and the South Carolina Department of Transportation will perform Regional Transportation Systems Management and Operations & Regional Intelligent Transportation System Plan.  The project involves the development of a TSMO/ITS plan that creates a road map for implementation of an integrated system to enhance the transportation network.
