3 roofs need replacing, Tear off shingles and underlayment, replace any and all decking that is rotten or damaged, install new underlayment, flashing, drip edge, and 30 year certainteed architectural shingles. Bid Price must be turn key price can not add additional decking. Clean up haul off all debris, clean out gutters and sweep property with magnet. project must be completed within 14 days of bid approval.
