Must be a resident of the State of South Carolina and must possess a Juris Doctorate degree and have graduated from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association, must be a member in good standing with the State Bar of South Carolina, be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, have had at least five (5) years' experience as a practicing Attorney in South Carolina.
