The Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities is seeking information on how any interested and qualified vendors could provide tree maintenance and removal services for five (5) centers across South Carolina. Information requested is market pricing for tree maintenance, removal, and stump grinding with the option to backfill ground stumps with topsoil. We are requesting standard business practices on on-call urgent or emergency reporting.

This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute as a Request for Quote (RFP)/Solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation/RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the State to contract for any services whatsoever. The RFI respondees are advised that the State will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI.
