The Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities is seeking information on how interested, SC registered vendors could provide new hospital beds to our five centers across South Carolina. The information requested is market pricing for new, updated hospital beds and mattresses with installation, removal of old beds, and staff training on equipment use. This information will be used for market research for possible upcoming solicitations.

This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFP)/Solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation/RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the State to contract for any services whatsoever. The RFI responders are advised that the State will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI.
