The purpose of the Oakland Park Master Plan & Professional Services project is to develop a vision for 52 acres of publicly owned property at 259 Adams Mill Road, Simpsonville, SC 29680. Known as Oakland Plantation since the 1820’s, and more recently the Hollingsworth YMCA Outdoor Center. Greenville County Parks, Recreation & Tourism maintains the property and is responsible for master planning and development of county owned and operated parks and facilities.
