The Town of Cheraw is taking sealed bids for construction services at the Theatre on the Green. The work generally consists of updating the finishes of the Theatre on the Green building, including but not limited to floor, wall, and ceiling repairs, structural foundation work and updating the HVAC and lighting. There is a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at 10AM on Monday, August 18, 2025 at the Theatre on the Green, located across from Town Hall at 200 Market Street.
