Description:
The Town of Edgefield is accepting sealed bids for the removal and replacement of the asphalt shingles on the Town's Municipal Building (two-story structure) approximately (5,000SF) and the Police Department (One-story structure, approximately 5,000 sf). Shingles shall be replaces with a 30-year architectural shingle. This will also require the removal of the cupulas that currently sit on the buildings and replacement of the sheathing prior to replacing the shingles.
