CMCOG in coordination and cooperation with its member governments and the SCDOT will perform an update to the Regional Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) and Regional Travel Demand Model (TDM). Responders to the RFP must demonstrate planning and technical expertise, a strong knowledge of federal, state and regional requirements, economic development, and land use & scenario planning for the preparation of a Regional LRTP and the update of the TDM.
