The work includes earthwork, grading, 10’ path paving (graded aggregate base course, hot mix asphalt surface course), concrete sidewalk, concrete pedestrian ramps, concrete curb replacement, pavement striping, signage, drainage improvements and other items to construct an extension of the trail system that is approx.1.17 miles through several residential neighborhoods in the City of Hanahan. This project is federally funded, and bids have a DBE participation requirement.
