This property lies near the Historic Waterfront Commercial and Retail District along Front Street and currently supports a range of mixed uses. A pre-bid conference and site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 9:30 AM ET to allow prospective teams to tour the Port property, ask clarifying questions, and better understand the site’s existing
conditions and surrounding context. Attendance is strongly encouraged but is not mandatory. All parties will meet at the Port Authority Managers Office located at 1324 Dock St, Georgetown, SC 29440.
