Description of Project/Services:
Soliciting bids for a licensed and insured contractor to complete the following. Obtain permitting and follow all local requirements to complete the job. Consist of moving and placing compacted soil for the construction of approx. 14,400 sf of new greenhouse (by others). Includes grading for all concrete slabs and sidewalks as well as replacing topsoil on disturbed areas. Bids must contain erosion control and staking as required by permitted plans. Bid must include removal of all excess soil.
