Description of Project/Services:
This scope involves the repair of a 4900sf roof that was originally a metal roof over bar joists. A foam coating was applied over 10 years ago that has failed. This scope will involve modifying the foam to accept a 1" polyisocyanurate foam layer and a mechanically fastened 60 mil TPO membrane to meet manufacturers specifications to achieve a 20-year labor and material warranty.
