The project is renovating the historic academic building to provide upgrade mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems throughout, new accessible restrooms on the ground floor, and renovated community room and student exhibit/study space and remediation and repairs at various locations around the exterior. Bids must be hand delivered or mailed. Small and minority participation is strongly encouraged.
