Description of Project/Services:
Demolition within an existing shell space of approximately 8,657 SF and an existing food service area of approximately 2,638 SF. Work includes removing the existing ceiling grid, tiles, lighting, HVAC ceiling registers, and associated ductwork back to the existing units. Lighting and wiring will be removed back to closet junction boxes. Existing suspended metal stud soffits within the project area will also be removed. The contractor shall protect all existing sprinkler and fire alarm systems.
