Description of Project/Services:
The City of Rock Hill, SC ("City") is seeking competitive bids from qualified companies to provide the City with exterior repairs to the Catawba River Park boardwalks and retaining wall. This project is funded in whole or in part by the FEMA Public Assistance Fund in relation to damages sustained by Hurricane Helene. Thus, the resulting contract with the awarded vendor will include required federal clauses.
