The project consists of the alteration of the one-story building with mezzanine and basement. The renovation includes HVAC infrastructure to serve the Longstreet Theatre Annex, including an air handler, pumps, heat exchanger, and associated direct chilled-water piping to connect the central chilled-water loop with the existing building. The project also includes electrical upgrades and below-slab basement waste piping. Bids must be hand delivered or mailed.
