The Work includes removal of the existing asphalt shingle roofing system and installation of a complete new roofing system, including all associated flashing, underlayment, accessories, and components, in accordance with the project drawings and specifications prepared by Caplea Coe Architects, Inc.
The project also includes specified allowances and an alternate for installation of a new gutter and downspout system.
