Pre-Bid Conference – February 12, 2026   10:00am-11:00 am at 100 E Windsor Street, Westminster, SC 29693. Prospective bidders will meet at City Hall and may travel to the sites from there. Offroad capable vehicles are recommended. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held for prospective bidders to talk with the city staff and visit some or all sites.
