City of Charleston is soliciting bids for removal of existing brick sidewalk and installation of a new Bluestone sidewalk along the east side of Prioleau St.There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid conference on-site Feb. 17, 2026 at 10:00am to assess the current conditions. Sealed bids will be received until Thursday, Feb.26, 2026 at 2:00pm, at which time they will be publicly opened at 823 Meeting St. Contractors may obtain a copy of the bid package on Charleston Bidline.
