Folly Beach is requesting proposals from qualified and insured firms/individuals for the purpose of providing janitorial services for three City-owned buildings. The selected contractor must provide all tools, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services detailed in the RFP scope of work. The contract period will be one year, beginning July 1, 2026, with 3 additional annual extensions at the City’s discretion.
