Scope of work includes roof replacement of the existing asphalt shingle roof systems down to the existing wood roof deck. Roof replacement includes deck repairs and installation of new architectural asphalt shingle roof systems. The existing gutter and downspout around the perimeter of the building shall be replaced with new. Associated sheet metal components and accessories are included.
