SC Commission for the Blind is seeking information from vendors that can provide vocational rehabilitation consulting services. This would include providing services that pertain to Agency policy and procedures, official form and document creation, reporting assistance to the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) of the U.S. Department of Education, and any other related topics. This will require that the vendor have a minimum of thirty (30) years combined experience working with the S.C. Department of Vocational Rehabilitation Services and/or SC Commission for the Blind and analyzing RSA 911 reporting data.
